When To Visit

The best time to visit Togo is during the cooler period from November through February. The months of March through May are really hot and are immediately followed by a rainy season that lasts until October. The dry season is from December to the end of February but the skies are often dusty with the harmattan winds. Though December to March is the area's 'tourist season' provided visitors stick to the coastline. Crowds are thicker during this time but not as much as to fret over.
